Welcome

20th Anniversary

Gold Coast Mayoral Prayer Breakfast 2011

"Standing with Our Leaders for a Better Future"

On behalf of the Gold Coast Mayoral Prayer Breakfast committee it gives us great pleasure to introduce the 2011 Breakfast and encourage you to attend. The Breakfast was started on the Gold Coast in 1991 and has been running consecutively ever since, which means this year will be our 20th Anniversary. The aim of the Breakfast is to build into, encourage, stimulate and inspire individuals from the business and professional community of the Gold Coast and there is no better time to be inspired and encouraged then right now!

The support of all the Mayors over the years since its inception has been outstanding and this year a large number of the previous Gold Coast Mayors will be celebrating together with us.

The program includes a segment where well-known Gold Coast residents take part in presenting prayers for our Nation, for the Family and for the City of the Gold Coast.

Each year we also invite one of the Schools in our city to share in the program. This year Hillcrest Christian College has been selected to have their Principal and some of the senior students participate and the Hillcrest "Bella Voce" choir which won the 2011 Gold Coast Eisteddfod will also be performing.

We are also proud to welcome Gold Coasts own 2011 "Australia's Got Talent" Finalist Bree De Rome to perform her new single for us.

KEY NOTE SPEAKER

Over the years there has been a tremendous range of key-note speakers both national and international and this year we are pleased to announce Jonathan Aitken as our guest speaker.
